Information we may request in order to provide you with our products and services may include but not be limited to the following;

First and Last Name	allows us to complete your lease agreement.
Address	allows us to complete your lease agreement and provide you with any information related to the lease of your unit.
Phone Numbers	allows us to complete your lease agreement and contact you in the event of an emergency, promotion or account deficiency.
Alternate Contact Names and Phone Numbers	allows us to complete your lease agreement and provides us with an alternate contact in the event of an emergency or account deficiency.
Credit Card Number and Expiry (if applicable)	allows us to process payments on your behalf either at the time of lease, or as requested. Credit card information is handled by third party foreign processors and may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction.
Banking Information	allows us to process rental payments on your behalf either at the time of lease, or as requested.
Identification	allows us to confirm identity to prevent fraud and setup security and access to your unit.
Email Address	allows us to have an alternate form of contacting you if are unavailable by phone. An email address will allow us to communicate with you electronically.

All customer information is kept in a secured filing cabinet only accessible by appointed management and staff. Information is kept for the term of the lease and then archived for tax purposes.
